Improvements and fixes to the Dashboard, email design, and fraud prevention

Improvements

• Updated submission button state handling to prevent double-clicking.
• Updated the design of transactional emails to reflect the FreeClimb brand.
• Added additional security measures to credit card entry to better prevent fraud.
• Updated how we reset passwords to accommodate users who need to verify their email address first.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the default sorting of Available numbers to display local numbers first.
• Fixed a bug in the Support Request Form that prevented some file attachments from being added.
