Improvements and fixes to the Dashboard.

Improvements

Added two new errors in the error dictionary for Account Pending and [Forbidden] (https://docs.freeclimb.com/reference/error-and-warning-dictionary#code-75) errors.
Improved Dashboard search experience when browsing available numbers.
Improved Dashboard to allow additional when filtering resources and logs.
Improved Dashboard form validation to better display correct and incorrect inputs.

Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where images were not properly attached to automated support emails.
Fixed an issue where the requestId was not included into a request from FreeClimb.
Fixed an issue where usage reports did not display recording storage.
