Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a technology that enables automated interaction with a caller using voice and phone-keypad input. FreeClimb provides the following PerCL commands to enable building an IVR to interact with your callers.
Note: Voice IVR is not possible while a call is in conference, however, DTMF IVR is possible via the call control functionality.
